An Alternative to Overcome Foreclosure
January 28th, 2009 12:08 PM

Homeowners:  These are tough times right now and so many homeowners are headed for or are already in foreclosure.  If you are in distress and are not able to keep up with the mortgage, please contact me.  No one wants to lose their home but if there is no other way out, I may be able to help you sell your home and keep a foreclosure off of your credit report.

With a team of investors, negotiators and loan officers working together, I would like to speak with you to see if you qualify for a Short Sale. A short sale is a possibility for owners who can no longer afford to keep mortgage payments current and there are alternatives to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.  One of those options is a "short sale."  Not all sellers or properties qualify for a short sale.

If you need more information and would like to discuss this option to sell your home, please contact me.

Cost To Commute
December 29th, 2008 10:01 AM

Calculating The Cost To Commute

  • Commuting to work is one of the largest contributors to environmental pollution, and everyone sees it as a necessity. In addition, most households spend the largest portion of their travel expenses on simply getting to work.
  • With gas prices as high as they are, everyone is talking about energy saving methods such as public transportation, carpooling, driving without the A/C, getting a more fuel efficient car, and so on... Unfortunately, all of those methods are just a band-aid to the problem. The real problem is how far people are actually commuting to work.
  • By moving just 30 miles closer to work, you could buy a $100,000 more expensive home and STILL save money every month when you consider what you're saving by not commuting as far.
  • Or, a lesser-paying job that is 20 miles closer to work could still put just as much money in your pocket when you count the savings from not commuting 200 miles a week.  (Plus, you'll gain about 5 hours of quality time a week.)
  • Go to my home page and use the calculator. Its just a another one of my free services designed to help you in your home buying experience

Can You Buy A Home Without Any Established Credit???
April 29th, 2008 4:07 PM
If you are a first time home buyer and do not have any main stream credit, we can still help you to buy a home.

Here are a few tips

1) If you  rent, pay on time and with a check so that you will have a paper trail showing you can pay your rent on time.

2) Pay your utilities on time and get verification from them ( power bill, water, insurance, furniture, cell etc )

If you can collect 4 of the above including rent, then we should be able to help you get a great mortgage for your home.

Let me know if you have any questions in this regards or ask any other or Call: 919-201-4117
